Bloomfield Health Services is a registered charity (RCN20005344/CHY4070) and a registered limited company (412474). It operates two core services: Bloomfield Health Services and New Lodge Nursing Home. These services are overseen by a non-executive board of directors and an executive senior management team. This senior management team has responsibility for the day-to-day operations of both facilities and for the implementation of the strategic plan. This team and its activities are overseen by the board of directors.
Bloomfield Health Services is registered with the Mental Health Commission as an Approved Centre and is regulated according to the registration requirements of the commission.
The facility receives funding for its mental health services from the Health Service Executive (HSE) as a section 39 agency and, as such, has service level agreements in place with the HSE.
