Giving in Memory

A donation made in memory of a loved one is a special way to support our work at Bloomfield. Your gift will go towards patient care, equipment, research and/or training.

You can make a donation:

  • Online – please click here or on the DONATE button on any page of this website. You can set up a regular Giving In Memory Tribute Fund in honour of your loved one. This might be something that family and friends would like to do on the loved one’s anniversary, birthday or special day. Funds could be donated here and could be the result of you or your friends arranging some fundraising events (e.g. a dinner) to mark the day. If you wish to discuss setting up a tribute fund, please contact us to discuss.
If you wish to make a donation by bank transfer, our details are:

Donations in lieu of flowers

More and more, families are choosing alternative ways to honour their loved in lieu of wreaths or flowers.

If you are arranging a funeral or a memorial service, you may want to ask people to donate to Bloomfield as a way of marking their respect. We can arrange envelopes which you can be placed at the funeral, memorial service or in the home. This can allow family and friends to come together and honour your loved one by making a difference in his/her name to those left behind.

We can provide you with envelopes which you can then return to us at your convenience. Sometimes funeral directors will return these donations directly to Bloomfield. All gifts will be acknowledged.
