Reference Feedback Checks
In order to be considered for employment, candidates are required to provide the names and contact details of at least two referees.
One referee must be the current or most recent employer.
The other referee must be from occupations relevant to the role which the candidate has applied for.
Referees must be people who have worked with the candidate in a supervisory capacity and should be in a position to comment on their ability to carry out the role for which they have applied.
Referees will not be contacted without prior permission.
Bloomfield Health Services will make every effort to contact referees but regrets that in the event that a referee cannot be contacted, substitute referees will not generally be accepted, unless in exceptional circumstances. Therefore candidates are asked to choose their referees carefully and ascertain their availability prior to putting their name forward.
Please note that we cannot accept mobile telephone numbers or personal e-mail addresses for reference checking purposes.
Bloomfield Health Services will only be able to progress an application for employment following receipt of two clear written references and other relevant pre-employment compliance checks.
