Shortlisting: Following the closing date the Reporting Manager and HR department will review all applications received and identify a shortlist of applicants for interview. Due to the high volume of applications received, only successful applicants will be contacted following the shortlisting process.
Successful Candidates: Candidates who have been shortlisted will be invited to interview.
Preparing For Interview: Interview preparation is essential and it is vital that you have a strong knowledge of Bloomfield Health Services and a full understanding of the role requirements. Please ensure that you are fully prepared and can demonstrate why you are the right person for the job and have fully read the job description prior to the interview.
Interview: You will be interviewed by panel of two or more interviewers and will be held onsite in Bloomfield Health Services, Stocking Lane, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. Our Location »
Notification of Interview Outcome: You will be notified of the outcome of interview at the earliest opportunity and candidates are welcome to seek feedback from the interview panel. For the successfully recommended candidate it is important to note that this stage is not an offer of employment as the pre-employment compliance checks must be undertaken.
Pre-Employment Compliance Checks: The candidate that is successfully recommended for the post will progress to the next stage of the recruitment process which includes Garda vetting, Reference Feedback Checks and a certificate of fitness.
Offer of Employment: Following the successful completion of all pre-employment compliance checks an offer of employment will be sent to the successful candidate.
Start Date: Following receipt of the successful candidates acceptance of offer, a start date is confirmed. Uniforms (where applicable), name badges, swipe cards etc are provided on the new employees start date.
Induction: All new employees will attend induction training which entails mandatory, company and location based training relevant to your role and generally takes place over a 3 to 5 day period. Mandatory training may include: patient handling, fire safety, therapeutic management of violence and aggression, infection control, safeguarding and protection, Children’s First, Mental Health Acts.
